Coffee Connoisseur: Mocha Milkshake


Yes, it was as good as it looks.

I really wanted iced coffee, but I couldn’t make it because I only had an hour, and iced coffee usually takes a while (to cold brew it). So I looked up a ‘coffee milkshake’ on, then modified to recipe to fit my tastes. Below is my modification:

1/2 c. cold or lukewarm brewed coffee

1/2 c 2% Milk

1 tsp vanilla

2 Tbs chocolate syrup

1 tsp Splenda

1/2-1 c. chocolate ice cream

A few ice cubes

Blend on high for a few minutes till it reaches milkshake consistency. This is not an intensely thick shake. I added cinnamon and chocolate syrup to the top and enjoyed it on this 95 degree day!
