Returns & Exchanges

We do accept returns and exchanges though the customer is responsible for getting the products back to us under the following criteria:

a. the order is new, unused/unworn, and has not been washed
b. is notified within 5 days of receipt
c. the order is returned within 15 days of receipt

Note: customers are responsible for purchasing their own return label and, in the case of a refund, will not receive a refund on shipping paid at checkout

Damaged orders

In the unfortunate case you received damaged or defective products you will be eligible for a full refund (including shipping) or an exchange (if product is still in stock) if you meet the following criteria:

a. is notified within 5 days of receipt
b. a photo showing the damage/defect is sent to the above email
c. the order is returned within 15 days of receipt

Please keep the tracking number and any other relevant shipping information in the unlikely event we do not receive your return shipment.


Once a qualified return is received we will process your refund as soon as possible. You will be refunded via the form of payment you used for purchase.

Please note: Refunds may take up to ten (10) business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. If for any reason you do not receive the credited amount within that time frame, please feel free to contact us.

Shipping & Fulfillment

We currently ship all orders from Petoskey, MI. We strive to send your order out within a week with the exception of waiting for a backordered item to be restocked. We ship the majority of our orders via USPS Priority and First Class mail which is a 2-5 days delivery time for domestic shipments and 6-10 delivery for international. Due to unforeseen circumstances that may arise on the carriers end, we cannot promise that your order will arrive by a particular date, so please be aware if ordering for birthdays or special occasions.

International Shipping

We currently ship internationally to every country that accepts USPS Priority or First Class Mail. In the rare case our shipping calculator is unable to recognize your address, please contact and we can handle your order directly.

Lost/Missing Packages

If you have a package that was marked as delivered but you have not yet received it, we ask you take the following steps:

a. Check with your neighbors or front office (if applicable) to see if the package was left there
b. Reach out to your local Post Office or UPS office
c. Contact our team at and include your order number

We ask that you report your lost or stolen shipment within 5 days of the marked delivery date. If an order is lost after being shipped to a third party mail forwarding facility, we are unable to assume responsibility of the package once it is marked as delivered. Once an international shipment has been marked as “delivered,” we are no longer responsible for the particular package.

Please note: We are not responsible for refunding or reshipping lost orders due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
