We work hard to provide an incredible experience for each customer and beautiful, thoughtfully designed products with each order. All products ship within four weeks of the pop-up closing. Let us know if we can do anything to make your experience more enjoyable!
We’re not a typical shop that’s operating 24/7, and we don’t work like Amazon– we’re a small mom-and-pop run by a handful of people who love serving you! To keep costs low and allow everyone to get our products, we’re only open for just three days each season. Once the shop closes, we place orders for all products sold, shipping out in approximately four weeks.
So what’s your policy on…
Returns, Exchanges, Refunds, and more
Most orders are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds due to our limited stock and printing, but in case of a damaged product, the orders may be returned for a full refund as long as:
a. the order is new, unused/unworn, and in the original packaging
b. email@example.com is notified within 5 days of delivery
c. the order is returned within 15 days of receipt

Any order returned to any other address than the one listed above will incur a rerouting shipping fee subtracted from the refund.
Please keep the tracking number and any other relevant shipping information in the unlikely event we do not receive your return shipment.
Once a qualified return is received we will process your refund as soon as possible. The charges placed on your card will be credited to you, though shipping costs are non-refundable. The customer assumes all costs of shipping the product.
Please note: Refunds may take up to ten (10) business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. If for any reason you do not receive the credited amount within that time frame, please feel free to contact us.
Shipping & Fulfillment
We currently ship all orders from Petoskey, MI. Order processing can take up to three weeks after your order is placed, due to shipping. We cannot promise that your order will arrive by a special date, so please be aware if ordering for birthdays or special occasions.
We currently ship to Canada and we’re looking to expand further in the future.
If you have a package that was marked as delivered but you have not yet received it, we ask you take the following steps:
a. Check with your neighbors or front office (if applicable) to see if the package was left there
b. Reach out to your local Post Office or UPS office
c. Contact our team at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number
We ask that you report your lost or stolen shipment within 5 days of the marked delivery date. If an order is lost after being shipped to a third party mail forwarding facility, we are unable to assume responsibility of the package once it is marked as delivered. Once an international shipment has been marked as “delivered,” we are no longer responsible for the particular package.
Please note: We are not responsible for refunding or reshipping lost orders due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
