How do we access the live stream for Verity Local?
Will there be a livestream test?

We are currently planning on a test on Thursday afternoon and will forward a test link once generated.

Will Verity be recorded?

Yes! The recording will be available for purchase 2-3 weeks after the conference. Grab a streaming ticket here to watch live (includes lifetime access).  If you have purchased a Verity Online, Small Group or Verity Local ticket(s) you will have lifetime access to the recording.

What time will the breaks be?

Our lunch break on Friday will be from 12-1pm EST, and on Saturday from 12-1:15pm EST.

Is worship part of the event, or should we plan our own set for that?

Yes, worship is included!

Will Verity Local have worship lyric slides?

Yes! The worship lyrics will be on the lower third of the screen during worship.

What should I do if I’m having issues with my livestream?

Is Verity live-streamed in real-time? I'm wondering about the time difference.

You will be able to rewind the stream to start it at a later time, if you are in another time zone and need to start later.

What is included with the swag bag you send? How will the digital swag bag work?

If you signed up as a Verity Local location prior to September 9th, you will be getting physical swag bags in the mail for your attendees! 

If you signed up after September 9th, your attendees will be getting the digital swag bag version! We will send a graphic that you can display with a QR code, so that all the attendees at your church can scan and access the digital swag bag.

What tech support and troubleshooting is available for streaming as a Verity Local location?

We highly recommend doing an equipment test prior to the event, and having the person that normally runs A/V for your church there for support during both the equipment test and at the event. Our team will be available for support throughout the conference, but we are still a fairly small team. Since we aren’t acquainted with your church’s specific equipment, having your A/V support person present is highly recommended. If you need support right away, please submit a help ticket here.

Can I watch the livestream on my TV?

Smart TVs should have the capability to view the livestream, and you can find instructions here. We highly recommend familiarizing yourself with your TV and doing a test before the conference.

How can Verity Local attendees access the replay?

You will be emailed the link to replay the event.

Is closed captioning available?

Yes! Professional Closed Captions will be provided for you to enable if you so choose. Simply turn on the CC option on your YouTube Watch Page (the video viewer).
