Thank you for considering purchasing a ticket for our upcoming conference. Please read the following terms of service carefully before making your purchase.
- Ticket Purchase: By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.
- Payment: All ticket purchases must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and PayPal.
- Confirmation of Purchase: Upon completion of your purchase, you will receive an email confirmation that includes your ticket(s). Please bring this confirmation with you to the conference.
- Refund Policy: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that prevent you from attending the conference. However, we are unable to offer refunds after September 1st, 2023. All ticket sales are final after this date.
- Transfer of Tickets: If you are unable to attend the conference and wish to transfer your ticket to another individual, please contact us at least two weeks before the start of the conference. We will require the name and contact information of the individual to whom you are transferring your ticket.
- Cancellation of Conference: In the unlikely event that we have to cancel the conference, we will refund your ticket purchase in full. We are not responsible for any other expenses you may have incurred, including travel or lodging.
- Changes to Conference: We reserve the right to make changes to the conference schedule or speakers without notice. In the event of changes, we will do our best to provide you with updated information as soon as possible.
- Code of Conduct: We expect all attendees to adhere to our Code of Conduct, which prohibits any form of harassment or discrimination. Violators may be asked to leave the conference without a refund.
By purchasing a ticket to our conference, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
